What a comeback win for the Roughriders! With a huge 3rd quarter, the Saskatchewan Roughriders pulled ahead from the Montreal Alouettes to capture the redemption win in Week 4.
With the Riders answering to their loss in Week 3, fans say there are many things to be excited about from the last game, including the team chemistry (26%). Thanks to the Roughrider defensive line, the team was able to stop Montreal from scoring in the 3rd, and Rider fans say that was a key part of the win (45%). In addition, the offensive running game (28%) picked up this week, and fans noticed.
FANS WEIGH IN
Fans say penalties continue to create issues for the Riders, with a majority (63%) saying they believe the team needs to work on this area the most. Others still put pressure on the offensive line (25%) and special teams (17%), who according to fans, need to continue to work on this area.
Fans expressed their feelings for the Week 4 redemption win, with most sharing their views on the game as “exciting.” In addition, fans said team has “improved” and think it was an “entertaining”, “awesome”, and “better” game overall.
As they say, Roughrider fans are some of the most passionate in the CFL. As such, the Grey Cup Confidence Index remained the same in Week 4 (+102) – with fans clearly cautious after this one.
