Self-reported mental health holds steady yet remains moderate while stress continues to climb to record levels.


Outlooks for the weeks ahead continue to become slightly more favourable.

Comfort levels with visiting immediate family, extended family or friends are at all-time lows. Willingness to attend gatherings is also much lower than noted in the past.

Christmas shopping behaviours have shifted this year, with many stating an increased emphasis on supporting smaller local businesses. Declines are most noticeable for local big box retailers.

Many residents are looking less forward to COVID Christmas.
