The board of Directors has to get rid of Hopson,he created this mess. First creating a VP postion for Miller, just another expense and coach in waiting. Miller should not of been at practises, or on the side lines during games. Three year contract for Marshell, that cost the riders close to a half dollars.
A new ceo or president, should clean house and get new poeple in.
I agree that it has alot to do with how the team is run by the coaches and the presidents and the ceo on how will the team plays
